Delivery types
Every plan page shows which type it is:
- Ready account: a login and password delivered instantly after payment.
- Invite to your email: an invite is sent to the email address you enter at checkout. Accept it to start using the plan.
- Upgrade on your account: you enter the account to upgrade at checkout, and we upgrade it to the paid plan.
How long it takes
- Ready accounts: instantly, as soon as your payment goes through.
- Invites: usually within a few minutes, sometimes up to a few hours.
- Upgrades: usually within a few hours, and within 24 hours at most.
Where to find your order
Login details appear on the order page right after payment. You can always find them again under Account, then Orders. We also email them to the address on your account.
If a delivery is delayed
If our supplier does not confirm an item, the order shows "under review". We check it within 24 hours and either deliver it or refund it to your wallet.
If an item cannot be delivered at all, its price is refunded to your wallet automatically.
Check your details
Make sure the email address or account name you enter for invites and upgrades is correct. We cannot redo an invite or upgrade sent to details you entered by mistake.
